Please read the following health and safety instructions carefully. It its essential that you follow these instructions so you protect yourself and others around you, as well as keeping your ‘i-NiX’ product in good working condition:

• Do not place objects on top of the product as objects may scratch the screen or damage the product.

• The product should be kept away from extreme changes of temperature.

• Protect it from direct sunlight or heat sources.

• Protect the device from moisture and from dusty or smoky environment as it can harm the tablet.

• Keep your product away from contact with active chemicals.

• Do not place the product on an uneven or unstable surface. Fall of the device can cause damage to the LCD screen which is not covered by your Warranty.

• Do not expose the product to strong magnetic or electrical field.

• Protect your product from impact, bups and extreme pressure, particularly pressure from pointed instruments.

• Temperature: This product should only be used in environments with ambient temperatures between 0°C (32°F) and 50°C (122°F).

• Do not insert into product devices or items not matching to standard sockets on it.

• Do not use product in the rain – it is NOT a waterproof device.

• Protect the product from dust, dirt and high humidity.

• Do not use your product while driving or operating machinery.

• Use only manufacturer approved chargers. Using non-original chargers may cause damage of the device and be harmful to your health.

• The product and the adapter may produce some heat during normal operation or charging. Avoid placing it onto soft surfaces/furnishings, other places and conditions which may prevent normal dispersion of the heat, causing device overheating.

• Do not leave the product on your lap or other part of the body to prevent discomfort or injury from heat exposure.

• Disconnect the product from an electrical outlet after it is charged.

• Do not use a pen or any sharp object to tap the screen.

• Clean the touch screen with a soft cloth. If needed, dampen the cloth slightly before cleaning.

• Never use abrasives or cleaning solutions.

• DO NOT disassemble the product, only officially appointed & certified service technicians should perform repairs.

• Power off the product to install or remove external devices.

• Your product must be switched off during airplane take-off and landing.

i-NiX products are intended for consumer and business use only. Products should not be used in life critical circumstances, for example but not limited to medical life saving equipment.

• If using earphones or speakers always listen at a comfortable volume to avoid hearing damage. Always turn volume down, insert earphones then increase the volume to the desired level.

i-NiX is not liable for any data loss. Always keep a backup of your data.

• When using products with LCD screens its recommended to take a 10- 15 minute break every hour.

• If at any point you feel your product is operating in a manner you think is unusual or strange please immediately stop using the product contact the Technical for clarification.


Please read the following health advice for prolonged use of a tablet computer.

• When reading, use a stand or tilt the tablet to reduce the need for you to bend your head forward to read.

• Whenever possible try to place the tablet on a surface rather than holding it. If you are using the on-screen keyboard for extended periods consider using an external keyboard.

• Use a light touch when using the touchscreen it will be more efficient/precise as well as preventing strain on your fingers and wrist.

• When typing or touching the screen regularly have the tablet flat or only slightly angled to ensure your wrists are not in awkward positions.

• If you find you are leaning forwards to view the tablet, enlarge the image or text.

• Keep your screen clean for good visibility and hygiene reasons.

• Regular movement is really important, if you find yourself using a tablet intensively its recommended to take a 10- 15 minute break every hour, stretch your hands, shoulders and neck and look into the distance to relax your eyes.
